At “Club Condo 309” you will find all the comforts you would expect from an expensive boutique hotel suite: electric reclining sofa and love seat, a comfortable and sturdy dining set, and even 2 adjustable queen beds. This was designed as a one-bedroom condo, but it offers a separate small bed room with a small second queen adjustable bed for those wishing separate sleeping spaces. This room is comfortable, but narrow. While it is small, the room offers its own wardrobe storage, Roku TV, and lots of privacy.The kitchen is well stocked should you wish to cook. But with the excellent dining choices in Palm Springs, you will likely find yourself just reheating left-overs from the prior nights fine dining. On your private patio you will find a grill and four person spa for your personal enjoyment. However the complex also offers a huge heated spa and seasonally heated pool. You also have a dedicated covered parking space, and ample guest parking just steps from the unit.The Club Condominiums is a small private gated community. Many of the unit owners are part-time residents so you will the complex very quiet and peaceful. The community grounds are green and tropical. You can meander around the complex and take in the exciting design of the various units which range from small studios to large units. Each building was designed and styled to honor the 1950’s architectural master pieces you find all around Palm Springs. And the mountain views are the perfect backdrop to this terrific hidden gem in North Palm Springs.The Club Condos are conveniently located just a mile from the newly revitalized Palm Springs strip where you’ll find great casual dining, ice cream and coffee shops, and terrific shopping options. The surrounding hills offer great hiking opportunities. Club Condo 309 is the perfect option for your Palm Springs get-away.City of Palm Springs permit # 3149.City room tax is 12.5%. Tax is also being charged on the VRBO service fee.Guests must abide by the vacation rental rules as shown in the rental agreement. Music cannot be played outside of the unit and renter must be 25 years old. A copy of your government issued ID will be collected with check-in. If a valid violation is called into the vacation rental compliance hotline, guests will be evicted and there will be no refund of rental payment. Abiding by the vacation rental compliance guidelines is required: in addition to eviction by the property owner, the city will issue citations to violators. We all want to be good neighbors to the permanent residents of the community.
