The condo includes most essentials you’d find in your own home. If you wonder if we have it, just ask!Primary Suite has a king bed, sliding doors that open to the deck and a walk in closet. The primary suite bath has a tiled walk in shower, soaking tub and separate water closet.2nd bedroom has a queen bed with closets and a full bath with newly tiled walk in shower.3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. Shared bathroom in hallway has a renovated shower/tub combo.Living space has generous seating. Shiplap wall with electric fireplace, swivel chairs and large flatscreen tv. A brand new queen sleeper sectional (without the back breaking bar!) arrived earlier this year. Condo includes one twin air mattress and a new pack n’ play are available as well.All living spaces/bedrooms have new televisions with ROKU remotes for your streaming services.Kitchen has granite surfaces, stainless steel large and small appliances, brand new high-end coffee pot (brew and pods) and toaster, Ninja blender, counter top griddle, cabinets full of serving ware, bakeware, and most cooking essentials.Guests have access to 2 pools/hot tubs (one heated year round), tennis/pickle ball courts and a fitness center.Large deck that spans the length of the condo for exceptional views!
