You will be centrally located on Thomas Drive to Panama City Beach’s best restaurants and activities.Relax out on your covered patio in this ground-floor unit that is nicely decorated with beach decor. This unit overlooks a beautiful view of the private lake with a fountain. Just a quick walk around the corner is the pool area and private boat dock on the beautiful Grand Lagoon.The entrance to the Villas is on Joan Avenue. Hammerhead Fred’s Oyster Bar is located across the street and Wendy’s is on the edge of the property. There is a Mexican restaurant located in the shops at the complex and also a local winery. Other restaurants are within walking distance, and there is an amusement park adjacent to the property.Best of all, you can park right outside the front door of your unit and not have to fight the high-rise condo crowds.You will be only a one-block walk to beach access and you have lighted tennis courts. There are barbecue grills near the pool area for your family cookouts.The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV with a remote. The sofa sleeper in the living room has a queen-size bed for two more guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, place settings, coffee maker, blender, and toaster.
