Everything has been updated, from kitchen to decor with modern amenities, while still maintaining the charm of a Southwest Home. 1100 sq ft of living space and New Hardwood floors throughout. We have Thought of everything !!! — full kitchen, all new linens, blow dryer, iron, washer / dryer – patio set – everything you could need for a long or short stay !Bedrooms -Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and closet ( one is a standard closet, the other is a walk-in ) and a chest of drawers and sitting chair. Extra linens are available in the closet for both beds, along with extra pillows and comforters. Also available are cot style beds for extra guests.GUEST ACCESSGuest have access to the entire house, lovely front porch, fully fenced in back yard, and carport for free off street covered parking. The carport provides covered parking for 1. There is space alongside house to park an RV though not covered). Dryer and washer included as well-GUEST INTERACTIONWe live in in the same neighborhodd, so we’ve available as miuch or as little as needed. .
