Beautiful cottage on Lower Scott Lake with additional detached sleeping She-shed .2 bedrooms in main house: one with a queen bed and en suite full bathroom, the other has 3 twin beds and a full bathroom nearby in the hallway. .Cottage has all new furnishings and a comfortable great room area with TV/Fireplace, dining space, and a raised bar in the kitchen.Additional building (She-shed) is just steps from the cottage, it has a queen size bed and a 1/2 bathroom. SPECIAL NOTE: For the winter – She-shed does not have central heat, only portable heaters, and the water is turned off in late October so that the pipes do not freeze.Walk-out to the wrap around deck and you are just steps to the beachfront.The deck offers a gas grill and a picnic table/eating area. The fire pit area and beach front are shared by the neighborhood, but you will often have it to yourself!Activities in the area all 4 seasons! Winter: ice skating, ice fishing, snowmobiling trails.Fall: orchards, hiking. Spring and summer: Lake Michigan beaches, fun nearby downtowns, biking trails. Less than 5 miles from Inisfree Farm, a beautiful wedding venue, and Gingerman Race Track.
