There is a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dining room and a lovely screen porch with table and chairs–perfect for outdoor dining. There is a full bathroom with shower on the first floor. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor as well. There is a ductless split unit air conditioner in the dining room.All four of the home’s bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony deck overlooking the water. There is another bedroom with spectacular views that has a queen bed and a twin bed. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed. All four bedrooms have ductless split unit air conditioners. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.Relax on the deck just off the screen porch and take in the amazing water views and sunsets. Grill up dinner on the patio just off the deck. Direct access to the beach is just beyond the patio–no need to pack up the car and deal with crowds–the beach is right here. Just a short walkway and stairs to your private beach! Boating, fishing, swimming, beach walking, sunbathing, kayaking, sunset viewing and relaxing are just a few of the summertime pleasures available at this special waterfront home. There is an enclosed outdoor shower too!Please note that properties on Lieutenant Island are accessed via a short causeway that at times can be covered by water at high tide (two times a day for approximately two hours).
