This 1 bedroom, 1 bath ocean view unit on the 2nd floor is located in one of the most desirable locations in the complex. The unit is situated in a quiet location away from South Kihei Road and the popular pickleball courts, all without sacrificing any of the view. From the living room and lanai, you’ll enjoy a view of the ocean, West Maui mountains, pool, and inner courtyard. The unit features a brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen with a new island countertop bar. New hard-surface flooring has been installed throughout and the bathroom has been fully renovated with a tiled, walk-in shower. There are three ways to stay cool during the summer months with ceiling fans, the ocean breeze, or with the newly installed split air conditioning system in the living room and the bedroom. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer, a flat-screen TV, a telephone with local calling, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The primary bedroom has a large King Bed for extra comfort, a ceiling fan, and a split system air conditioner. Additional sleeping for two is available on the queen pullout sofa bed. For outdoor activities, the unit is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, pickleball rackets, and a beach cooler. Please note, this unit is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.
