It has two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and is conveniently located just FIVE minutes to eclectic downtown Asheville, the South Slope, the River Arts District, the Blue Ridge Parkway, New Belgium Brewery, the Biltmore Estate, and much more.Nestled in the treetops, you can gaze at the mountains from the gated porch and stroll through the quiet neighborhood with your dog. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room.NOTESThis property is 1.3 miles from the heart of downtown but we would recommend transportation since it’s not walker-friendly.No grill at the house.ALL mountain roads can be steep and dark at times. They may be daunting to an inexperienced mountain driver. The Lucerne Chalet is located in a quiet mountain subdivision on a circular one-lane road. Although it’s a short road with street lights, it is tight, steep, and curvy. Please try to plan your arrival during the daytime if you are intimidated by mountain roads.No smoking, vaping, or candles.Must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.DOG RULESA dog fee applies for ONE dog, plus all applicable taxes. Maximum of ONE dog with prior approval. Dogs under 50 lbs. The size and breed of your dog are needed to register them. Please note that you are bringing your dog when making your reservation.1. No puppies – Dog must be at least ONE YEAR OLD2. No attack or aggressive breeds of dogs are allowed3. Must have all shots and flea treatments that are up to date4. Must always be on a leash and under the control of the owner5. Must NOT sleep on beds, couch or chairs6. You must clean up after your dog and do not flush poop down the toilet7. A dog fee will be charged for the extra cleaning required8.
