The Lulu City condominiums are across the street from the San Miguel River and Lift #7, making them a perfect location for skiing and a nice leisurely 10-minute walk to downtown Telluride.You can enter this two-level unit from either the bottom floor or the second floor. The bottom floor entrance leads to the two bedrooms. A room with a queen bed and one with two twins. The Queen room has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and both rooms feature large flat-screen TVs with spectrum cable. On this floor, there is a small mudroom/nook with Washer/Dryer combo.Up the stairs brings you to a large open concept living/dining area and kitchen. There is another entrance to the unit at the top of the stairs. The living area has new leather furniture and a large flat-screen TV with spectrum cable. The Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to make a delicious meal. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo on this floor.Large windows on this corner unit bring in plenty of light and views of the surrounding mountains.The unit has a washer/dryer in the hallway and wireless internet.The free town shuttle passes by, but downtown is only a 10-minute walk away.AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties.
