This unit has a Rinnai tankless water heater providing you plenty of hot water. Included is a water softener and filtration system throughout! Most rental houses and condos do not offer this. Also we have shared stackable washers/dryers within the building for your convenience at no charge. No private W/D. We also provide beach items, like towels, umbrella and a locked beach cart for ease of getting to and fro the beach!The living room is beautifully decorated in serene beach calming colors that are sure to keep you happy and relaxed every minute of your vacation. Large, Smart TV in living room and wall-mounted TV with cable in the bedroom. Frontier TV service and free WiFi all for your entertainment, plus an USB port has been added for your convenience. The sofa is a queen sofa sleeper for those unexpected guests. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and boasts new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, quartz countertops, tiled floors and dining for 4 people.The single bedroom units have 1 assigned parking space. We are flexible on dates of stay.Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks.
