From the custom woodwork to the mermaid pulls on the cabinets, most everything you need is right here. The pool is 5 ft at the deep end. You now have an assigned parking spot marked by the the name of the suite..Green! This is a 4 unit complex and Green is located in the back upstairs. Nice and quiet here and oh, so convenient to the village and the beach. Included are two sets of W/D’s at NO cost for the 4-plex building.This upstairs tropical oasis has been completed with high end finishings, like crown molding, solid stone counter, stainless kitchen, plantation shutters, porcelain plank tile and an outdoor shower. This unit has a Rinnai tankless water heater providing you plenty of hot water. Included is a water softener and filtration system throughout! Most rental houses and condos do not offer this.Provided for you are beach towels, umbrella and a locked beach cart. Enjoy!The living room is beautifully decorated in serene beach calming colors that are sure to keep you happy and relaxed every minute of your vacation. Large, Smart TV in living room (plus cable) and wall-mounted cable TV in bedroom. Frontier TV service and free WiFi all for your entertainment, plus an USB port to charge your phone or computer has been added. The sofa is a queen sofa sleeper for those unexpected guests. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and boasts stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, quartz countertops, tiled floors and dining for 4 people. The bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and ample closet space. Fall asleep while watching your favorite re-runs on cable TV.There is no smoking in the building. The single bedroom units have 1 parking space and are located in the back of the building (no porch). We are flexible on dates of stay.Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage.Siesta Key village is right outside your door with everything you might need from morning until night. Start with coffee, restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, shopping from knick-knacks, clothes, shoes and jewelry, bars and grocery to dancing and live music at night. You do not need a car.
