Come check out this beautifully painted mural in the back pool area where you can relax in the sun poolside or lounge under a cafe umbrella while the chef in your family cooks up some bison burgers on the barbecue grill……medium rare please!This ground level tropical oasis 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has been completed with high end finishings, like crown molding, solid stone counter, stainless kitchen, plantation shutters, porcelain wide plank tiles and an outdoor shower. This unit has a Rinnai tankless water heater providing you plenty of hot water. Included is a water softener and filtration system throughout! Most rental houses and condos do not offer this. Also we have stackable washers/dryers within the building for your convenience. No private w/d.We provide beach items too like, beach towels, beach umbrella and a beach cart for your convenience!The living room is beautifully decorated in serene beach calming colors that are sure to keep you happy and relaxed every minute of your vacation. Large Smart TV in living room and wall-mounted TV in each bedroom. Frontier TV service and free WiFi all for your entertainment, plus an USB port has been added for your convenience. New washer and dryers are located around the corner from the outdoor shower for your convenience. The small yet modern kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, quartz countertops, tiled floors, a brand new garbage disposal, and dining for 6 people. Dishes and small appliances are provided…..just add food! Both bedrooms have queen beds, newer memory foam mattresses, flatscreen TV’s with basic cable, and ample closet space.This is a first floor unit. There are TWO assigned parking spots marked “Leatherback”.The patio area has lounge chairs, table with umbrella and barbecue grills for family cookouts and of course a heated communal pool for those warm days when a swimming pool is just what you need.The two bedroom units have 2 parking spaces. We may be flexible on dates of stay.Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage.We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie’s Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver.
