The master bedroom has a king sized bed and access to a large porch with ocean views, and a private bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom is ready for kids with a twin over queen bunk bed and queen trundle. A pack-n-play is also available for guest use.The open-concept living room/dining area is ideal for entertaining and creating fond memories with friends and family. A large glass slider door opens up to a deck with prominent ocean views and plenty of outdoor seating. There is seating for 3 at the bar and 6 at the dining table. The new, fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances and everything you’ll need to cook meals throughout your stay. This home is equipped with board games, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a private tandem garage with parking for two vehicles. Street parking is available and is first come first serve on Seagull Street. Street parking is free from October 31- March 1st. For entertainment, high-speed internet is provided. There are 4 flat screen TVs provided throughout the house. This home is not pet-friendly.Guests will enter the driveway through a private, gated street. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided and beds will be made upon arrival.
