If you encounter any connectivity issues, please let me know promptly.ADDITIONAL GUEST*Please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests when booking*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)LATE CHECK OUT*Sorry but we don’t allow late checkouts.*If you exceed, you will be charged $30 for the first 30 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $50.PARTIES NOT ALLOWED*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.*Strictly no drugs allowed.*No smoking inside the home.
