(Online signatures via DocuSign)• Primary renter must be at least 30 years old.• Government issued photo ID must be provided by primary renter.• All adult guests must sign the city of Palm Springs “Rules and Regulations” sheet agreeing to abide by all local Vacation Rental laws.The city of Palm Springs now has “Vacation Rental Compliance Officers” to patrol and monitor all vacation rental homes. Any violation of the above laws the city will issue you a minimum $500 ticket.
