The Kaweah River runs along side of this property. The course is closed for play and has become a natural deer habitat with vistas of hills and mountain peaks. You will see a lot of wildlife here, just gazing out your windows, as families of wild turkeys, wild boars, giant egrets, blue herons, deer, bobcats, coyotes, hawks, eagles, ravens, and so on frequent the riparian habitat.This home is at the East end of the complex tucked into the hill and has a private two car garage, courtyard, and patio with firepit exclusive to this home. The views surrounding the home are expansive, tree filled, and gorgeous. You are surrounded by nature, and yet a very short walk to the village center, with post office, restaurants, hair salon and all of the conveniences.
