The house has reliable high speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway. A Ring camera is located at the front and back of the house for your security. Fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, dishes/silverware, cooking utensils, and pots/pans. The kitchen island has seating for four guests and the adjacent dining table has seating for six guests. Start your day with a complimentary coffee and tea bar, ensuring your mornings are off to a great start – fully stocked with an electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, creamer, and tea bags.BEDROOMSAll four bedrooms feature 10″ memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep, ceiling fans, night stands with lighting, and full sized closet with hangers and shelves. Three bedrooms have one queen-sized bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin sized beds. The driveway can comfortably accommodate up to two vehicles plus plenty of additional free parking on the street.Guest accessGuests will have the entire property to themselves. A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you as you get closer to your check-in date. The code is changed after every guest.Other things to note-We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee of $50/pet. If you’re planning to bring your furry friends along, please don’t hesitate to send me a message.-No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property.-No parties are permitted on the property.-Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied.
