Camper vans are not permitted within the community.HOUSE RULES: You must be 30 years of age. An additional damage deposit may be applied if we decide to accept your reservation. A refundable security deposit of $2K will be required.NO PARTIES: No parties, gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or portion of refundable damage deposit.
