About this spaceThis is the kind of home that keep you coming back to LA and and each day when you are out exploring LA, you cant wait to go back home to relax and enjoy the space. The home is super well designed and well thought out. The furniture are picked to beautifully blend with the house. The house has two living rooms with indoor outdoor living style that provides plenty of space for everyone. The super amazing with abundant of green backyard and a pool for you to relax and enjoy California weatherThe space:- This home is in Sherman Oaks neighborhood of LA – the best neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley and very safe neighbor. The location is really great . It is close to universal studio. It is close to 101 and 405 so it is very easy to get around and traveling to your point of interest.- Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in the first beautiful living room, with a sofa bed, a couple of accent chairs , ad dinning table set for 8, and a 65 inches tv.- Behind the first living room is the second living room with another 65 inches tv, a couch, and an accent chair. The second living room is connected to the back yard with a desk, out door dining table, egg chair, a beautiful pool, and basketball hoop- To the right of the living room is the two bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and connected bathroom. Second bedroom has two full beds and relaxing reading space.- To the left of the living room is the kitchen and the third bedroom with its own bathroom.Sleeping arrangement:- 1 King bed- 2 Full beds- 1 queen bed- 1 Sofa bedGuest access:- Guest has access to the whole house except linen closetOther things to note:- We are not refilling propane gas tank. You can bring one to home depot to exchange. It cheaper to exchange than to buy a new one- Please keep noise to a minimum and do not disturb the neighbors
