If there is something specific that you require, please make sure you bring it with you. Mandatory TOT tax is already included.The property manager will email you the ordinance, our house rules/ lease, and Good Neighbor Brochure for Vacation Rentals from City of Palm Springs after booking. If you are unable to sign the brochure via email a concierge service will meet you at the home to go over these rules, obtain signatures, and assist with your check in for a $25 one time charge.Failure to follow City Ordinance rules may result in eviction from the property and citation or fine by the city.
