Primary Bedroom: Has a king-sized bed, a 33″ flat screen TV, closet, walk-out access to pool, and a large en suite bathroom with a dazzling custom-tile shower. Guest Bedroom/ Bathroom: Has a King-sized bed, a 33″ flat screen TV, closet, reading nook, and en suite bath with glass shower.RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 4 (regardless of age) and no parties.**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.**This house requires both a $750 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $59. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however, you are responsible for any overages.**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee.
