Filled with locally-sourced decor and stocked with modern amenities, our home is perfect for families, friends, or colleagues visiting The Hostess City of the South.-Contemporary professional design-Access to shared heated pool.-Furnished patio-Fully stocked chef’s kitchen-All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.-All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.Guest Access:The entire carriage house is reserved for your exclusive use. Please note that the courtyard and pool are amenities shared with the main house at the front of the property. If you would prefer to not share the pool with another group, please contact us and ask about how to book both homes together. Please also note that we do not allow events or parties at this property including bachelor/ette parties. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.Getting Around:Getting around Savannah from our home is a breeze! We are less than a mile from downtown and River Street, a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.Other Things to Note:*IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety.
