Please be courteous to them and do not use their items. There is also free street parking.Guests will have access to the entire unit 1 house and backyard. There is a locked closet for storage that guests do not have access to.The Neighborhood:Our home is walking distance to the best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in East Austin. Family friendly but lively neighborhood in old Austin. You'll see people walking their dogs or going to dinner. Walk to UT Austin or get to downtown easily when you stay in the heart of East Austin. This is a family neighborhood so please treat the home and area with respect.Getting Around:There is a covered carport spot for 1 car. 1-2 cars can fit on the driveway for unit 1 (left driveway). Kindly do not park in the neighbors' driveways or in front of it. There is plenty of free street parking. Rideshare is readily available.10-15 min to/from the airport.5-10 min to/from downtown and Rainey.10-15 min walk to UT Austin.There are most likely scooters just a few blocks away at any given time. Public transportation is nearby as well.Other Things to Note:Please only utilize the space designated for Unit 1. We do not share property with our neighbors beside us in unit 2. To maintain a positive relationship with the neighboring residents, we kindly request you and your guests to be considerate and respectful of their privacy and space.Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations.
