There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with the two secondary bedrooms in a separate wing from the primary bedroom. The dining room comfortably seats eight, and up to ten in a pinch.Each bedroom is its own luxe retreat in its own right with hotel quality beds and linens. We take pride in ensuring you will have the most relaxing sleep possible, but also giving each bedroom its own smart TV with all of the cable TV and streaming capabilities for your entertainment.And should you need to do a little bit of remote work while you’re enjoying your sunny getaway, the home has Gigabit internet wifi inside and outdoors to ensure plenty of space throughout the home for each person to fire off those emails.THE NEIGHBORHOOD:The house is set on a scenic lakefront site in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It’s a short drive from shopping and restaurants, as well as MLB spring training facilities and football games at the University of Phoenix Stadium.We are conveniently located off the 101 freeway in the Northwest Valley in Arrowhead Lakes.* 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky-Harbor International Airport* 15 minutes from Glendale Entertainment Complex including State Farm Stadium* 15 minutes from Desert Ridge dining and shopping* 20 minutes from North Scottsdale dining, shopping and entertainment* 20 minutes from either Talking Stick Resort & Casino or Desert Diamond Casino* 25 minutes from Central/Old-Town Scottsdale* This property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood that we also call home as well. As such we ask our guests to please respect the evening quiet hours by ensuring there is no noise outdoors between the hours of 9pm and 7am each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We have installed the noise monitoring hardware to listen for excessive noise. But don’t worry – your privacy is respected as this does not record audio. It merely observes the sound levels on the property.* This is an entirely non-smoking property of any kind — indoors and outdoors on the property. Unfortunately if we discover this has not been respected during your stay with us, we will need to charge a $500 cleaning fee to ensure the following guests have a smoke-free environment.* We must restrict use of the property only to the number of guests specified in your reservation and explicitly registered with us in advance as part of our pre-arrival communications with you. We have a firm no parties or events policy and unfortunately this is something we will need to strictly enforce. We’re afraid that violations of this will result in us having to prematurely end your visit with us without any refunds.* We welcome you to fully enjoy the pontoon boat during your stay. However, the minimum age to operate the boat is 25.
