Located in Roanoke’s Old Southwest Neighborhood and close to downtown this property is a brand new modern studio apartment on second floor with all brand new appliances. All windows have black out cellular shades. Full bathroom has a tile walk-in shower and great built- in storage cubbies. There is also a separate walk in closet with built-in shelves, rods and drawers. The apartment is on the second floor of the detached garage in the rear of the property.Reservations over 30 days require a signed lease agreement.
