We highly recommend to not bring a car – there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet with a pet weight limit of 30 lbs and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes. In the occurence of such instance, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.• MAILS & PACKAGES: You are free to send mails and packages to the building however, we will not take responsibility for mails, packages and deliveries.
