We have ALL the same access/amenities as direct resort bookings (WITH NO resort fees or addt’l taxes)!Our unit is managed, serviced and maintained by Vdara’s front desk and in-house housekeeping services, so all the addt’l/strict/sanitizing requirements (as set by the MGM Resorts AND the CDC) are exercised after each booking! :)We are conveniently nestled between Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and Aria. This Vdara Suite features a king bed, a living room area with a queen sofa bed, 2 x 42″ flat-screen TVs, a kitchenette & dining area.Located conveniently in the City Center, The Shops at Crystals, the T-Mobile Arena & the Park MGM, are all easily accessible via the free tram service. Vdara is also a 10 minute uber ride to the new LV Raiders/Allegiant Stadium and the T-Mobile Arena!The unit comes with free Wi-Fi, valet, access to the pool & fitness center with NO additional resort fees.This NON-SMOKING suite is located on the 50th Floor and features a gorgeous view of the Las Vegas strip including the Bellagio Fountain and the Linq Ferris Wheel, with 180° views of sunrise to sunset. This climate controlled unit is furnished with a brand-new king bed, 42 inch flat TV, motorized window shades, closet, nightstands with storage capability, in-room safe and an interactive tablet providing access to hotel services and amenities along with over 7500+ publications from 100+ countries in 60+ languages.The living room area features another 42-inch flat TV, a queen size sleeper sofa, coffee table, arm chair, and a workspace/desk with LAN connection availability should you require a more secure connection.The kitchen and dining area are equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble finishes & designer fixtures. This luxurious condo offers the comforts of home while being on vacation. The kitchenette includes two minibar refrigerators, a stovetop with two ranges, a combo convection-microwave oven and sink w/disposal. Cooking utensils, plates, and silverware can be requested from housekeeping. Daily housekeeping is only available by request and is charged separately by the hotel. The rate is $45 per cleaning and will appear on your check-out folio. The cleaning fee paid at booking is only for the final cleaning at check-out.The bathroom features a large spa style bathtub along with separate shower. Housekeeping can also provide toiletries such as toothbrush, paste and razor if you forgot yours.Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in suite as well as the entire resort. There is complimentary valet parking available on site. All amenities are included, as if you were guests of the hotel for pool, hot tubs, and gym. Check-in and Check-Out procedures are also handled by the front desk and available 24-hrs. The on-property spa and salon are also available to guests of this listing with an additional fee for services should you want to use them.*Note although there is a separator between the bedroom area and the living room area by a partial wall, there is no door separating the two areas so the bedroom is not private.The entire unit is available for guest access except the locked owners closet located in the bathroom.Upon confirmed booking, you’ll need to check-in at the front desk with your ID and valid credit or debit card for incidentals as if you were a hotel guest. Note the hotel will hold $400 on your card and will release funds if no room charges were made. All room service or room charges will be charged by the front desk. Cribs can also be rented from housekeeping at an additional charge. Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 11am. Please contact me via text or DM should you need a late check-out. Please be sure to visit the front desk when departing so you can review your folio prior to departure.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU ALLOWED TO SMOKE IN THIS UNIT.
