The beach cottage is part of a duplex. The cottage featured in this listing is a 3-bedroom and 2-bath (half of the duplex). *[If you’re interested in renting the other half of the duplex it is also available for rent, a 2-bedroom/1 bath cottage (VRBO listing 732348). Book both sides for a large family group, which can sleep up to 14 people.]**Before reading further, please note we have a VERY strict no pet policy. The master bedroom features a cozy king bed, and crisp white linens. Open the barn door to the luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a custom walk-in rain shower, his and hers vanity, and a private restroom. The bathroom comes stocked with spa-style robes and slippers, a one-day supply of hotel-sized toiletries, hair dryer, and other essentials.The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, crisp linens, and plenty of comfortable blankets and pillows. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids, with a full and twin sized bunk bed plus a trundle on the bottom, and everything that is needed for a relaxing night’s sleep after a long day at the beach.Unlike many of the properties in the area, our cottage features central heating and air conditioning to keep cool on warm summer days. Need to do laundry? No problem! We’ve got you covered with a full-size washer and dryer, along with all you need to make your clothes fresh and clean.
