This spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom freshly updated condo at Ocean Keyes is located on the top floor with vaulted ceilings and larger patio to enjoy. The building this unit is located in backs up directly to the pool which you can see from the patio. Ocean Keyes is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Ocean Keyes is a gated community that is located just two streets off of the ocean. The kitchen has granite counter tops, full sized appliances, and is fully stocked for cooking and dining in. The property has a total of 6 swimming pools with 4 baby pools, 6 hot tubs, a game room, tennis courts and a fitness center. It’s an easy 7 minute walk to the beach. We will only rent to those who are 25 years of age and older. Linens are provided throughout the condo! No Smoking allowed in the unit. If you are caught smoking, there will be a $5,000 fee assessed. Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV’s are NOT allowed. If you are caught with one from our HOA, you will be responsible in paying a $1,000.00 dollar fee. Pets are not allowed on property, if you are caught with one, you will be responsible for a $5,000 dollar fee plus cleaning fees. You are responsible for any damages that may occur during your stay.
