Luxurious furnished 3 bedroom condo with 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer/dryer very comfortable on a quiet street overlooking the 8th green on the Kingsmill Championship Golf Course on one side, and unlit tennis courts on the other. Our unit is on the tennis court side. Included are playgrounds for young children, walking/jogging/biking trails throughout the development, tennis courts, and picturesque views of the golf course and the James River. The Kingsmill Resort is right next door to Busch Gardens, and just minutes from Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg and the Settlement at Jamestown. A wonderful venue for a fun filled family vacation inside a safe, gated, golf course community. This is why we are able to rent our space to you for, typically about1/2 the cost you would pay had you rented through the Resort. Since the Resort owns everything else, we used to be able to provide our guests with Resort Amenities passes for a fee. However recently we have been advised that we will be unable to acquire these passes. We have no idea when we will be able to purchase these for our guests again.But if you are looking for a comfortable place in a beautiful, gated, upscale setting, close to all the area attractions, then our condo is your perfect spot!
