The Queen bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and direct access to the back deck with a swinging chair. A second King bedroom offers direct access to the covered front deck and a full private bathroom. The third King bedroom includes a smart TV, a private bathroom, and direct access to the front covered porch. The Bunk bedroom includes a Full over Full bunk bed plus a twin over a twin bunk bed, a full private bathroom, and access to the back deck.The oversized swinging chair on the front deck provides the perfect spot to kick back and cool off in the ocean breezes.The ground level welcomes you with an exquisite entry foyer, elevator access, and enclosed carports with an extra refrigerator and covered parking for up to 4 vehicles. Out back on the patio is a large outdoor shower plus a Green Egg charcoal and a Wilmington grill propane.The elevator provides access to all 3 levels of the home. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.**Parking instructions:4 parking spots in driveway, 4 additional in enclosed carport. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.
