This beautiful, sun filled lake house is perfect for families and groups looking for the quintessential 4 season Maine getaway. Whether you spend the week looking out over the water, canoe and kayak around pristine Green Lake, or venturing out to nearby Acadia National Park or the Waterfront Concerts in Bangor you are sure to love this unique and accessible spot.There are four bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath, a full modern kitchen with granite countertops, and plenty of space for groups of up to 8 to spread out and enjoy the lake life. The ground floor is fully accessible and includes a large bedroom with en-suite accessible bathroom. The upstairs features a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a queen and twin bedroom sharing an additional full bathroom. You can park in front of the home. Absolutely no animals (including service animals) or smoking allowed.As we have a septic system, please throw only septic-safe toilet paper (provided) down the toilet system, absolutely no sanitary items, wet-wipes, paper towels or oil (especially in the kitchen).
