Newly installed CENTRAL AIR A/C, fireplace, recently upgraded fully stocked kitchen with new appliances.First floor features a large fully equipped kitchen with many cupboards and lots of counter space. There are Keurig coffee machine and drip coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, toast oven etc. Kid’s utensils and high chair are also available for the little ones. There is a large dining table that seats up to 8 when extended comfortably and additional 2 at the kitchen counter bar area.The living area provides plenty of sitting space with its large couch and loveseat, big flat screen smart TV and charming 50-in Napoleon Alluravision Slim electric fireplace. There are two sliding doors that walks directly to the backyard and sandy beach. There is a full bath with a shower on the first floor.Second floor features two large bedrooms and a 3rd lounge/bonus room. The Lake view bedroom has a queen sized bed, LG 43″ TV, dresser, full closet and a view of the Pilgrim lake; The Ocean view bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bunk beds, large full closet with ocean view through the slider; A 3rd Lounge/bonus room has a daybed with a trundle that doubles as two twins, large flat screen TV and also ocean view through the slider.Both ocean view bedroom and lounge/bonus room each has a walk-out onto your private deck through a slider overlooking the ocean and Provincetown in distance!
