The home and the grounds may be under construction. There are ponds and water falls on the grounds that are not operable on the circa 4 acres that are off limit to the guests. Guests only have access to the guest house, pool, putting greens, tennis court, and batting cages, the rest of the grounds, structure, main house, ponds, and waterfalls are off limits.NOTE:No hot tub at the moment. Batting cage is manual (no automatic thrower), and no limited night time lighting available*Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.Spa heat is $75/day if prepaid, $125/day if not, pool heat is $200/day if prepaid and $250/day if not. If you heat the pool or spa without prepaying or notifying us you will be charged $250/day for every day of your reservation.Rentspree application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.
