Rest and relaxation await you in this gated community at the Fairways of Legacy Golf Course. The golf course is right in your back yard in this beautiful 3100 sq ft. pool and spa home. Equipped with ping pong table, and billiards, this home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Home comfortably sleeps 12. Smart-TV’s in every room. Three separate living spaces, including family room and upstairs loft. Billiards and ping pong tables, along with board games in the entertainment room. Pool and spa (heated at and additional cost). Covered patio with outdoor kitchen complete with gas grill and mini fridge. Master suite features large walk-in closet, balcony overlooking pool, spa, and golf course – bathroom features garden soaking tub, separate shower and a separate water closet. Minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and all of the ballparks.Home is located nearest the 4th hole at the Legacy Golf Course – however there are no golf course privileges with the home.Fees for spa heating are $150 per booking, please let us know within 24 hours of your arrival. A separate Zelle or Venmo request will be sent for payment or can be included here. Fee for pool is $250.00 per stay.As a note, pool and spa have an auto cleaning and filtering function so you may hear them turn on at their programmed time.The use of the front fire pits is allowed, but guests are required to turn them off if they’re unattended and/or at the beginning of quiet hours.Because this property is located in a gated community and close to neighbors (whom we respect), we have a restriction from the Homeowner’s Association for outdoor”quiet hours” to begin at 10pm. At this time pool lights and spa will automatically shutdown until 6am the next morning. We ask that you respect this rule and our neighbors.Security cameras are at the back and side of the property and are within sight of pool and and hot tub. Locations of security cameras are as follows:1. The driveway2. The front door3. The side gate4. Two in the backyard that cover the pool and spa.Please note: Pool service provider is on property on Monday at various times. Gardener comes once a month on various dates.”This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195 (c).
