The hideout sits on top of a garage, so is very private. The most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on! A pillow-top Sterns and Foster Cal-King mattress, soft, comfy linens and comforter, full bathroom with shower, toiletries and hair dryer, toiletries, chef’s kitchen. Balcony with umbrella table and chairs. Barbecue too! Perfect get-a-way for a weekend (week, month or longer!), or for any person/couple looking for a place close to the beaches in Leucadia! Welcome snacks included! You will love the hideout!Local things to do: Relax on the beach, surfing, boogie boarding, walking the local beaches, bicycling on Famous Hwy 101, golfing at world renowned courses, hiking the beach reserves. Local delicious food restaurants, coffee houses, winery and pubs. Lots of shopping in funky Leucadia and Old Encinitas.The Leucadia Beach Hideout has a large flat screen TV with cable, faux fireplace,Wi-Fi, dresser, desk, cell phone/ lap top chargers on desk and on each side of the bed, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, iron and board, books and games. Your own private outdoor washer and dryer, a surfboard rack and footsie shower outside. We provide beach chairs (2), boogie boards(2), beach towels, beach umbrella. View of funky Leucadia, the San Diego Coaster train and famous Hwy 101! Enjoy the beautiful sunsets, balcony faces west balcony (no beach view). Natural beach breezes! There is an air conditioner for warm days, as well as a faux fireplace heater, for cold days too!Sorry, no pets , no smoking in the hideout or on premises, two people max spending the night.
