One in garage and two in driveway. No street parking allowed.4. Noise: Home is in a quiet residential gated community. Quiet time is 10 pm to 7 am.5. Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING unit that includes vaping and all other forms of smoking. No smoking in the yard either.6. PETS: Animals/Pets are not permitted. If you bring any animals/pets, you will be charged $1000 and an additional $500 cleaning fee w/ immediate eviction.7. Gas/Electric bills are not to exceed $400/mo. per 28 day stays. This ensures tenants do not leave pool heater on 24 hours a day.8. NO WALKING OR PLAYING ON THE ROCKS TO THE LAKE. No going into the lake.NO throwing rocks into lake or rocks into pool.9.
