This condo is finished with hardwood floors, granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, TVs in the living room and master, and a fully furnished terrace with gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.After spending a day at the beach, relax on your terrace with breathtaking sunsets and views of the lighthouse. You can also watch the Badger return in the evenings. Ludington State Park is just a few minutes away. Ludington’s best restaurants and shopping are 2 blocks away; a very short walk after a day of fun. The condo building includes a heated, indoor pool for those days where you can’t go out.Condo building is very well equipped including. elevator to the 4th floor. This 5th floor condo has a private staircase from the 4th.Everything you need is here for a relaxing week at the lake.Please note due to condo rules you will need to sign a paper agreement which will be emailed after booking.
