Also nearby is the Frisco Bay Marina, the free Summit Stage shuttle stop that takes you all over Summit County, and to any of the local world class ski resorts.This lovely three bedroom / 2. 5 bath luxury townhouse in downtown Frisco is the perfect retreat for families or groups of up to eight people. After a long day of activities in the mountains, you can come back and enjoy the fireplace with friends and family. There is also a large HD TV and entertainment center in the living room for your entertainment needs. The extra large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to entertain. There is a beautiful dining room table that seats 8 with seating for four at the breakfast bar. All three bedrooms are located on the lower level (ground level) giving you plenty of privacy from the rest of the home.The home also features three assigned parking spots in the complex parking garage, a washer and dryer in the unit, and complimentary Wi-Fi.The master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom. The master also features an HD TV (not shown in photos). Both guest bedrooms each feature a queen bed. There is a full bathroom on lower level shared by both guest rooms. There is a large closet in hallway on this level as well. There is a queen Murphy bed in the living room. This modern and welcoming home is in the ideal spot for your perfect mountain vacation getaway.Come play with us in Colorado’s favorite playground!Properties in Summit County generally do not have Air Conditioning. This is certainly the case for all SkyRun properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation. No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads – no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces – call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND CLEANING: SkyRun is continues to follow rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit Countys year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.
