Luxurious New Uptown House – close to everything!Welcome to Dallas. Located in the perfect spot, Uptown / Lower Greenville, this renovated home is perfect for a variety of reasons. With a spacious backyard and BBQ grill, brand new walk-in shower, and stylish furniture, you will have everything you need for a luxury experience. We’re walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife Dallas has to offer. Healthcare providers; we’re located 4 min to Baylor of Dallas.This is one side of a tucked away duplex located in a bustling and popular area of Dallas. There’s a living room, a kitchen with an island, a laundry area, a bathroom, a spacious bedroom, and a shared beautiful backyard with a patio and BBQ. You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable and clean stay at this charming home!Your side of the duplex, plus the shared porch and backyardI’m available via message and respond fairly quickly, but I’m usually not around the property. I can be there in a jiffy if needed!This lovely area has a variety of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife. This place is tucked away on a quiet street, but super close to all the action! Truly a gem!Ample parking, 2-3 free street spots right in front of the home!❌ Guest agrees to include all guests and pets staying overnight IN their reservation. Additional guests are charged a fee per night, and there is a $120 per unexpected pet fee for specialized cleanings.❌ Guest agrees not to smoke on the property (including balconies and patios). If we find evidence of smoking, there will be a fine of $750 to recoup the cost of special cleaning and future cancellations.❌ Guest agrees to no shoes to be worn throughout the home and to return all keys, passes, and openers to where they found it in the property. Failure to do so will result in a $95 fine.❌ Guest agrees to have no mail sent to the home (UPS, FedEx, Amazon deliveries are permitted) and won’t expect us to retrieve or return any lost packages or forgotten items.❌ Guest agrees not to throw a party on the property. If evidence of a large gathering is found, there is a fine of up to $3000 and we reserve the right to terminate your reservation with no refund.✅ ️ Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to fix anything. We will try to give ample notice ahead of their arrival so they will be out of your way.
