Two of the bottom bunks are queens and the tops are twin XL’s. There are also doors that give you access to the pool area. There is also a sitting area by the windows that overlooks the ocean, a wonderful spot to enjoy reading or relaxing before the day starts and the fun begins! There is the 3rd bedroom which has 2 Queens and a sitting area with a double sleeper sofa and a contemporary en suite bathroom.Finally, on the 3rd level are the remaining 4 king bedrooms (two of which offer a twin sleeper bed). All of these bedrooms have balconies with seating that have direct views of the ocean that are just spectacular! One bedroom offers a shower and a bathtub. There is a wet bar in an alcove off of the hallway, complete with all of your midnight snack necessities! (Ice maker, fridge, microwave and coffee maker!) In addition, there is a 2nd compact laundry area in this hallway. On the 3rd level is also a large sitting room for relaxation and conversation with a desk nook for those that may have to sneak in some work while away.Last but not least, your sanctuary awaits you in the backyard! Enjoy any time of day in the screened-in porch that overlooks the pool.
