The home has three bedrooms and four full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Designed by renowned architect Brion Jeannette with floor-to-ceiling windows across all three levels allowing the view to seamlessly expand across the horizon. The primary bedroom suite is on the second floor with a private balcony, walk-in closet, and recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. There is an additional bedroom on the second level with an ensuite bathroom and access to the private rear patio featuring a custom built-in bbq with a retractable awning and a beautiful stone table to enjoy meals al fresco. The third floor features a large bonus room with exceptional views of the waves, dolphins, sunset and Catalina Island. Curl up with the family in the bonus room for movie night or entertain guests. The bonus room is equipped with everything you need, including a mini fridge, microwave, and wet bar. The view from this balcony is second to none for viewing Fourth of July fireworks. The show takes place directly over the ocean from this home. The third bedroom is located on the main floor. You will also find a recently updated, fully equipped kitchen featuring gourmet appliances, a coffee station, and a wine fridge. This location is easily walkable to all of Laguna Beach’s major attractions, including the Main beach, shops, top restaurants, and even The Pagent of the Masters. However, if you prefer, there is a Trolly stop for Laguna Beach’s free trolly service just a few steps from the driveway. Beach chairs and towels are also included to make your getaway a dream. 30-day minimum stay. So much to offer in the famed art colony of Laguna Beach.
