Upstairs, two additional bedrooms (one with two twin beds and one with a queen bed) each have private bathrooms and balcony access overlooking the patio and pool. The house comfortably sleeps 6 guests.Endless EntertainmentOur property is designed for fun and relaxation. Enjoy a game of ping-pong, shoot some hoops with the basketball or water basketball hoop, or explore a variety of yard games. Inside, you’ll find a collection of books, board games, cable, access to your streaming services and high-speed internet for your entertainment.Nearby AdventuresLocated just a short drive from numerous golf courses, Bartlett Lake (offering beaches and boat rentals), and several trailheads into the Tonto National Forest, adventure awaits you. Dining and shopping options in Carefree and Cave Creek are only 10-15 minutes away.Important Details- Unfortunately, due to Arizona state code and pool barrier requirements, we cannot accommodate guests with children under six years of age.- The home is equipped with two exterior security cameras for your safety: one facing the driveway and the front, and one overlooking rear yard.- If desired, pool heating requires an additional fee or deposit. Please refer to the rental agreement for specifics.- There are three fireplaces (two inside and one outside). One indoor fireplace is locked for safety, but the others are available for use.
