You will have access to the units through 2 front entry doors, 2 courtyard doors, and through an interior hallway that connects the suites. Metal Oak, the garden-level unit, is handicap accessible and does not require stairs to enter. We have exposed the original 1862 brick walls in the living room, had a custom metal barn-door created in the kitchen entry way, re-worked the kitchen to raise the ceilings, open the walls and add luxury features, including high-end leathered granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, a wine chiller, and open black walnut shelves custom-made by Black Dog Salvage, as seen on DIY Channel’s Salvage Dawgs.The luxury features continue into the bathroom where you’ll find an additional custom-made black walnut vanity from Black Dog Salvage, matte black fixtures and both subway and black and white geometric tile.
