The Townhouse (Recently Re-Furbished Throughout)This 5* Star ‘Spacious’ Townhouse has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 11 people comfortably.Situated in Paradise Palms, a tropical lagoon style resort with 24 hour manned security.Our south facing beach style home comprises of 2 ground floor bedrooms with queen beds, a ground floor family bathroom with walk-in shower, an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge area. On the first floor there are a further 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. The 3rd comprises of a double and single bunk bed combination. There’s also a family bathroom.The townhouse is fully equipped and furnished to a very high standard with flat screen Smart TVs in each room with satellite TV, wireless internet, ceiling fans and fully air conditioned.The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer / ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, mixer, electric can opener, waste disposal unit, washing machine & dryer, an iron and ironing board.The bathrooms with bathtub & showers and his & her sink units also are supplied with hair dryers and towels.Our south facing home also comes with covered lanai, with a private courtyard with splash pool for sunbathing, swimming and outdoor dining.The ResortIf you are just looking to relax in the warm Florida sun, where better than at the gigantic lagoon-style swimming pool, which ranges in depth from 3′ to 5′. There are 2 Jacuzzi spas (one is enclosed in a hidden grotto behind the cascading waterfall and the other is for those who want exposure to the sun).There is a separate kiddie pool for the younger children, featuring fun fountains, which are sure to keep the little ones entertained all day long.There are ample loungers and seating on the generous patio area, where you can enjoy a drink or a light snack from the outside tiki bar. Alternatively you may want to make use of the adjacent picnic and BBQ area for your own family cookout.If sunbathing isn’t your thing, or the children are getting restless, there is a children’s adventure play area or you could enjoy a playful game of tennis (there are 2 courts), botchy ball, basketball.When the sun just gets too much there are lots of activities to be enjoyed within the 9,500 square foot prestigious clubhouse. There is a large games room with pool tables, table tennis, air hockey and arcade games. There is a 49-seat movie theatre, where guests can bring their own family DVDs for viewing, providing there is no other movie being shown.Other facilities include, a fully-equipped fitness centre overlooking the pool including a sauna, a lavishly furnished card room ideal for competition playing, and meeting rooms. There is also a small convenience store for your essentials.If you have any other requirements don’t hesitate to visit our friendly concierge who will be only too happy to assist. Amazingly all of these resort facilities are free to guests and are only a 2 minute walk from the Townhouse.The Townhouse is ideally located.
