Two large and private outdoor decks perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean views and sunny weather. Top of the line amenities including full kitchen, large closets, washer/dryer and large common area to comfortably relax inside. Valet parking at The Carlyle or street parking is available. Fantastic location directly on Ocean Dr. within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, fun nightlife, and steps away from the beach.(1) This building strictly enforces an occupancy limit of 2 people per bedroom. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate in this unit is 8. All guests must be disclosed to host before check-in and registered at the front desk.(2) No more than 12 people in the property at any given time.(3) All visitors of guests must check in with their ID with the front-desk prior to entering the property. Visitors may only visit the property between the hours of 6am-11pm.(4) No loud noises on the property between the hours of 11pm-9am.(5) All guests must enter and exit the property through the front/restaurant entrance or courtyard. Entrance and exit through the back stair case and alley is strictly prohibited.(6) Rules are strictly enforced by the front desk of the building. If any rules are broken, guests will be asked to leave the property and guests will forfeit the full cost of their stay.
