This beautiful Coastal home is on Caney Creek, close to Intercoastal Causeway and the beach perfect for fishing in your own backyard as well as easy access to the Beach. It has a large pier and fishing cleaning station perfect to clean your catch of the day. There is an outdoor shower too, so that you and your family could return to the house clean, relax and retire for the day. You can enjoy a lovely sunrise and sunset of the creek. There are 3 bedrooms..one queen bed for husband wife queen and another two bedrooms both with bunker beds and four kids can stay there comfortably. A full bathroom upstairs, a toilet with wash basin at the laundry room downstairs and a detached fully closed outside shower station. A full sized kitchen with all amenities and dining facility. There is a BBQ equipment outside for you to enjoy a barbecue dinner. Kayaking encouraged and are provided for your enjoyment, but please bring your own life jackets! Crash lessons on fishing or kayaking provided by an experienced instructor upon request for additional charges. There are crab traps to catch some delicious blue crab for dinner.Property manager
