The entire kitchen/living area is open concept, offering easy access to either indoor or outdoor dining & entertaining options. Once outdoors, you’ll enjoy the expansive backyard, perfect for dining al-fresco under the desert sky.Our three bedrooms are equipped with comfy, cushy mattresses for you to enjoy. The primary bedroom contains a plush California King-size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, Smart TV and large closet.The second & third bedrooms offer plenty of room to stretch out in. One features a Queen-size bed & en-suite bathroom, and another contains a Queen-size bed and full bathroom across the hall. Both bedrooms have tons of natural light coming from the many windows surrounding our property.The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area features stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The view from the backyard is absolutely gorgeous, and the sunsets over the mountains are not to be missed! We have a large outdoor dining table and an additional seating area that allows you to relax and re-energize under the stars. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.- Daytime occupancy is 10 people.- Overnight occupancy is 6 people.- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter’s government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.- The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.PETS- One pet is allowed (under 20 lbs), with a fee of $100. Pets must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any sign of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.NO SMOKING- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.POOL HEATING- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day (includes spa heat).- The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.- Spa heat only is $25/day.CLEANINGFinal cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days.
