This is our own personal beach Condo. We use it few times a year so we did not spare any expense in making it enjoyable and very homey. It has new tiles all over except bedrooms. Fresh paint throughout. All new furniture, paintings, bed covers, pillows, decorative pieces and light fixtures. New 50″ flat screen HDTV and DVD player in living room and 3 new 42″ Flat screen TV’s with built-in DVD players in all bedrooms. The condo has 3 bedrooms with 2 masters and a good size 3rd bedroom and 3 full baths. All 3 bedrooms have king Beds and a pull out sleeper sofa in living room. We get the HVAC coils and ducts professionally cleaned every 6 months. All HVAC units on the beach develop mold on the coils from the moisture in the air when A/C is left running and doors open. It’s very hazardous to the health and most people are unaware of it. It is specially bad for people with allergies or asthma.Condo is stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. kitchen is very well equipped. coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer and fridge. Everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal (and lots of convenient restaurants nearby if you don’t want to cook).If cooking on vacation is not what you want to do, there are a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance including Sharky’s beachfront restaurants across the street, Runaway Island and Barefoot Beach Club. Pizza, donuts and Moe’s BBQ are also located within easy walking distance. Starbucks is located in the building. Many others are just a short drive away.Excellent location about one mile from the bustling shopping and entertainment complex known as Pier Park and a short drive to Frank Brown Park and other shopping. Walking distance to Gulf World. There are granite counter tops in kitchen with solid surface counters on bathroom vanities. There are luxurious furnishings throughout with a pleasing nautical/beach decor accents and upscale wall colors. The bed mattresses are top of the line quality and very comfortable to sleep on.New Dining room table seats 6. There are 3 bar stools located at the breakfast bar for additional seating.LOCAL AREAPier Park is exactly one mile west of the Origin down front beach road making it very convenient to enjoy all of the unique restaurants such As Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Pompano Joe’s, Hofbrau Beer Garden, Five Guys Burgers, the Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings, and a whole bunch more!
