However, if available, we are happy to be flexible with your check-in and check-out times.Our desire is that you stay at Bel Air Estate be relaxing and enjoyable in our well-appointed home and beautiful surroundings. Palm Desert ordinances require no parking on the street, no noise after 10 pm, and no events or parties. Our residential neighbors are important to us, so it is imperative that ordinances are followed for the living quality of our neighbors. Palm Desert city ordinances have implemented several restrictions. Only persons listed in the rental contract may occupy the home at any time, unless specifically authorized in writing by the owners. $1000-$5000 fines will be levied by the City for breaches of any by-laws. All fines plus an administration fee of $500/fine as well as any extra charges incurred will be deducted from the Damage Protection Deposit before any refund is issued. Please be advised that parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited at Bel Air Estate. Our guests are expected to follow the city restrictions and to treat the property and our neighbors respectfully. For your safety and for pool safety, please no beverages in glass containers around the pool.
